Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully, as they constitute a binding legal agreement between you (“Customer”, “you”) and Vueme (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Acceptance of Terms
1.1 By using Vueme (www.vueme.in), including browsing the website, creating an account, or placing an
order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.2 If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the website and refrain from
placing an order.
1.3 Vueme reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after
changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Eligibility
2.1 You must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into a binding contract to use this website or place an order.
2.2 By placing an order, you confirm and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.
Products
3.1 Vueme provides customized, printed marketing materials, including but not limited to business cards, produced according to the specifications and design content submitted by the Customer at the time of order.
3.2 Product images, colors, and mockups shown on the website are representative and may vary slightly from the final printed product.
Design Responsibility
4.1 The Customer is solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legality of any content, text, images, or artwork uploaded for printing.
4.2 Final approval of the design lies with the Customer. Vueme is not liable for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies present in Customer-supplied content once that content has been approved for production
Product Videos
5.1 Where product videos are provided on the website, Customers are encouraged to view them before placing an order to understand the finished product, materials, and available finish options.
Orders, Cancellation & Modification
6.1 Once production of an order has commenced, that order cannot be cancelled or modified.
6.2 Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all order details — including design, quantity, and specifications — before confirming an order.
Printing Variations
7.1 Due to the nature of the printing process, minor variations in color, trim, and finish compared to on-screen
previews are normal and do not constitute a product defect.
Delivery
8.1 Delivery timelines provided at the time of order are estimates only.
8.2 While Vueme makes every effort to meet stated delivery windows, actual delivery dates may vary due to factors outside our control, including courier delays.
Return Policy
9.1 Returns are accepted only where a product arrives damaged in transit.
9.2 To be eligible for a return, the Customer must record a continuous, unedited unboxing video starting from the moment the sealed package is opened.
9.3 Damage must be reported, together with the unboxing video, within 48 hours of delivery.
9.4 Claims submitted without a continuous unboxing video, or reported after the 48-hour window, will not be eligible for a return.
Refunds
10.1 Refunds will not be issued for artwork or designs approved by the Customer prior to production.
10.2 Refunds will not be issued for spelling or content errors present in Customer-approved artwork.
10.3 Refunds will not be issued for print quality issues resulting from low-resolution images supplied by the Customer.
10.4 Refunds will not be issued for change of mind after an order has been placed or production has begun.
Prohibited Content
11.1 Customers may not submit content for printing
t is illegal, infringes on the intellectual property or rights of any third party, or is offensive, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
11.2 Vueme reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order containing such content.
Limitation of Liability
12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vueme’s total liability arising from any order is limited to the value of that order.
12.2 Vueme shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products or services.
Governing Law
13.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising from them shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Tamil Nadu.
